Greg Austin

Greg Austin is a consultant for the Baty Agency.
Greg has been a respected professional in the insurance business for over 48 years. He was the President of the agency for 10 years. Greg has earned Auto-Owners Insurance Company's "Presidents Club" award 13 times.This award is given to the top 25 life and annuity producers in the nation. Greg's commitment to superior service has lead to him speaking to several agency groups.

Joe Durand

Joe Durand, the President, has been in the insurance industry for 25 years.
After college, he spent 4 years as a claims adjuster with GAB Business Services and the Transamerica Insurance Group. He then spent 11 years with Masters Building Company, specializing in insurance restoration. In October of 2002, Joe joined the agency as partner and Vice-president. His knowledge of claims and ability to properly determine home replacement values insures that your home and personal belongings will be properly covered in the event of a loss.


	Shirley Lane began her career in Greenville, Michigan Shirley is a 44 year veteran of the insurance agency business. After 20 years in Greenville, she spent 3 years in Somerville, New Jersey as a licensed agent before returning to Michigan in 1990. In 1993 she joined the Baty agency and became partner in October of 2002. As Vice-President and office manager, she is responsible for overseeing all operations of the agency.

Tammy Drumm is the newest member to the Baty family. Tammy started in August of 2011, and brought 22 years of agency experience with her. Tammy's duties include quoting new business, policy reviews and updates.

Sue Coates is a part time customer support representative and has been with Baty Agency for over 11 years. In addition to handling claims, she is responsible for policy reviews and updates, and assisting in bookkeeping activities.

Sharon Mizzi is a customer support representative who started with the Baty Agency in 2007. She has extensive industry experience. In addition to handling claims, she is responsible for policy reviews and updates, and assisting in bookkeeping activities.
